“I’d like for you to rest, and we’ll schedule you for some tests later this afternoon. The MRI, plus some blood work, maybe a few other evaluations. We’ll consider the proper types and doses of medication later in the evaluation process. It will likely be a few different medications, and you’ll need to undergo a period of adjustment while we try different combinations and dosages, but I’m expecting you’ll benefit from some iloperidone or quetiapine, possibly trifluperazine. We’ll know what’s best in the coming weeks.”

“If you so much as uncap a syringe in this room, I will kill you.”
