“It took us a year of fine-tuning to get it to work, but with enough emitters, we can move any building with the same ease we move a single person,” explains M2.

“Em, we have a mobile fortress. This can be our base of operations,” I say, adding quickly, “With your permission, Doctor?”

“It’s not that simple. We aren’t equipped to be anything more than a hospital. An extremely well-equipped hospital, but that’s all.”

“But if we built some additions? Then we’d have the room we need. As long as we can get enough emitters, it should work.”
